GIFTS: Many employers sponsor matching gift programs and
will match any charitable contributions made by their employees.
* Check with your company's human resources department
to find out about its matching-gift policy.
If
your company is eligible, request a matching gift form from your
employer,
and send it completed and signed with your gift. We will do the
rest.
The impact of your gift to this organization
may be doubled or
possibly tripled! Some companies aslo match
gifts made by retirees
and/or spouses.

Make a copies for you records.

Turn In Donations to the Center, and Register your Team

checks, donation/registration forms, and transmittal forms with
you to your appointment.

Up T-Shirts and Bibs at this time

Plan for Race Day
Plan
a time and place to meet your team, distribute t-shirts and bibs.
Some groups plan a post race celebration, like
a picnic or a potluck.

Race Follow Up
Send
letters and say thank you to those who participated. Donations
submitted by Race Day will be returned to you
by June 30, 2008.
